Eating Habit And Acid Reflux
Everyone has unique and different eating habits; depending on which country of origin and residence, what career he is pursuing. We want to highlight the different diets based on different countries and professions.
The eating habits are different in many countries. Food is very important to be eaten at specific time, what food means to the people; as long as they eat, and how great is the diversity of their courts. The general remark is that; in the Mediterranean countries, mainly sweets are eaten while in the Nordic countries foods are increasingly salty.
In the southern countries of Europe it is usually a sweet breakfast (fat cakes in Spain, yogurt in Greece). Whereas the northern countries do like salty foods; like cheese, sausages or eggs are preferred. In Deutschland lunch is the main meal of the day.
In other European countries, where the students are not there in the afternoon from school, meals take place rather than the usually family lunch. The parents eat on the work and the children mostly in the school canteen. Therefore, lunch meal here is a quick snack; cold salads, savory pastries etc.
In some countries, like Britain, there is always an afternoon snack, usually comprising of cakes or other sweets, and accompanied with tea or coffee; referred to as tea time.
Dinner in the northern countries is from 18 o’clock, but taken in the Mediterranean countries however it is only at 20 o’clock. In the south will be more fish, shellfish, vegetables and fruit served, more than in the northern countries.
With these different eating habits you can already see that some people live healthier, in some countries than in others.
