		<description>I have to give a little of personal feedback to this, first by taking the time to enjoy the taste of what one eats, allows the nutrients to enter into our system.
Eating slow gives the time for the vitiams, and nutrients to reach the brain letting one know they are full.
Therefore ones does not over eat, &quot;which leads to creating hurtburn&quot;</description>
