raw garlic and raw onion should be avoided. They just further worsen the

The key way to
heal acid reflux is to eat only mild and easy to digest food
until the esophagus cure. Have food much earlier to your sleep so as to get at
least three hours sitting or walking time. Eat slowly and chew properly the
food. The last but not least thing is to eat in a relaxed and comfortable
stress
free environment.
I can share you some of my favorite recipes that I have enjoyed during my
recovery period. They are very easy to prepare. Try to make this in a double
this quantity so that you can reheat and use it on other days of the week.
Cooking from scratch instead of depending on convenient food is a better
approach to good health. Then only you are really eating.
For breakfast fruits are better one. I love melon and papaya. For lunch I take
some other fruits like apples, bananas along with some almonds or walnuts. It is
always better to eat many little meals in a day. Normally I buy only organic
fruits but sometimes when in hurry, I may purchase "ready to go" containers of
mixed fruits at the grocery store. Try to avoid pineapple, as it is hard to
digest.
How about the starters in the evening? Raw vegetables are very healthy in that
case.
Try with beautiful platter of crudités, which is known as elegant rabbit food.
Serve it with a savory tofu dip. Use cauliflower, broccoli, English cucumbers,
radishes, green and yellow zucchinis, Belgium endive, carrot sticks, or whole
mushrooms whatever attracts you. Cut the vegetable in bigger size foe dipping.
Belgium endive is a natural edible scoop for dipping. Just remove the ends and
peel off the leaves.
Tofu dip can be prepared by putting one packet of soft or silken tofu in a food
processor or blender add some garlic powder, cumin, paprika and chopped chives
or parsley for flavor and color. Add some salt and pepper for taste. Add some
lemon juice if the mixture is thick. Process it until it becomes smooth and
creamy. If you don't have enough time to do all these then there are ready made
dips and raw vegetable platters available at the produce section of most super
markets. Take care to eat only organic one.

recovered from the
acid reflux problems I still consume these recipes regularly. I prefer to have
food slightly undercooked. You can select your cooking time and seasoning
according to your interest.
